Villa Kopararova is an atmospheric and spacious log villa in the middle of nature. Located about 250 km north of Rovaniemi, it is close to the road from Kakslauttanen to Kiilopää, near the Kiilopää fjell centre and Saariselkä ski resort. The cottage's backyard opens to the Kiilo-oja and the vast UKK National Park behind it. Despite the private setting, the villa is still within easy reach whether you come by car, bus or plane. There is space for of parking for several cars in the yard. A bus stop is located one kilometer away at the Kiilopääntie junction served by airport shuttle and the ski bus.  

Kopararova offers excellent conditions for holiday accommodation and fantastic opportunities for outdoor activities all year round. Just 200 meters from the cabin, two maintained ski trails of Saariselkä pass by. In the summer, these trails serve as hiking and cycling routes, accessible directly from the yard.

The 190m2 cottage is made of thick logs and has a large and spacious living room with windows offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The living area is a welcoming space that includes an open kitchen and a large dining area, ideal for big groups. The unique log furnishings enhances the natural and peaceful atmosphere of the cottage. Watching the flames flicker in the large natural stone fireplace is the perfect way to unwind after work or day of activities.

Villa Kopararova has 6 bedrooms which are in their own corridor ensuring peace and privacy away from the kitchen and living area. Four of the bedrooms have double beds; two of these also include two fold-out extra beds and one has a sofa bed. The two smaller bedrooms have two single beds. The living and sleeping areas are separated by a hall with two toilets. The sauna and the third toilet are separate at the other end of the house. The entrance is via a spacious cold-entry area situated between the bedroom wing and the sauna section. There is dedicated space for storing and maintaining outdoor gear.

Since 1968, Kopararova's traditional log villa has offered a cozy and relaxing retreat for countless visitors to Lapland. We offer it for rent for family reunions, groups of friends, remote workers or groups gathering for small groups meeting for training or hobbies.  Villa Kopararova is an excellent base enjoying the beautiful nature, engaging in various activities, relaxing and spending time together in a peaceful environment.
