Villa Kopararova is a cozy and spacious traditional log cabin nestled in the heart of nature. Located about 250 km north of Rovaniemi, it sits near the road that runs from Kakslauttanen to Kiilopää, close to the Kiilopää fell center and Saariselkä ski resort. The backyard opens to the Kiilo stream and the vast UKK National Park beyond it. Despite its private setting, the villa is easily accessible whether you arrive by car, bus, or plane. There is ample parking space for several vehicles. A bus stop is located one kilometer away at the Kiilopääntie junction, served by both the airport shuttle and ski bus.

Kopararova offers excellent conditions for holiday living and fantastic year-round outdoor opportunities. From the yard, a small connecting trail leads directly to nearby groomed ski tracks in winter or hiking and cycling routes in snow-free seasons. These trails connect to the broader networks around Kiilopää and Saariselkä.

The 190 m² log cabin, built from thick kelo (weathered pine), features a large, open living room with windows offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The living area is a welcoming space that includes an open kitchen and a large dining area, ideal for big groups. The rustic log furniture enhances the cabin’s natural and peaceful atmosphere. Watching the flames flicker in the large natural stone fireplace is the perfect way to unwind after a day of activities or work.

Villa Kopararova has six bedrooms located in a quiet wing of the house, ensuring peace and privacy away from the kitchen and living area. Four of the bedrooms have double beds; two of these also include two fold-out extra beds, and one has a sofa bed. The two smaller bedrooms each have two separate beds. A hallway separates the living area from the bedrooms, with two toilets located in between. A sauna and a third toilet are located at the opposite end of the house. The entrance is via a spacious cold-entry area situated between the bedroom wing and the sauna section. There is dedicated space for storing and maintaining outdoor gear.

Since 1968, this traditional log villa has offered a cozy and relaxing retreat for countless visitors to Lapland.
